Remove dead code from get_all_tables() and functions called
from get_all_tables(). After the new DD, this function is
only used for SHOW statements about user created temporary
tables, but contains a lot of code related to SELECT ...
FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.* which is no longer needed.
