- enabled tests disabled waiting for bug 17400320 after having
   implemented the workaround which added ndb_allow_copying_alter_table
   and bunch of different tests showing that almost all partition
   mgm commands are inplace.
 - replace ONLINE|OFFLINE with algorithm= as appropriate
 - fixup cnf file for ndb_share.test to adapt to the new
   --ndb-cluster-connection-pool-nodeids otion.
 - add suppression for new warning generated by the binlog
   thread when cluster is restarted
