Issue:

In the error log during MySQL 5.7.9 startup, sometimes the message
[Note] InnoDB: not started is displayed which leads to confusion as it does
not say what is not started at the moment.

Fix:
====
The message [Note] InnoDB: not started is changed to make it more
informative.
