- added component tests for running tls aware splicing
  - start router with a valid configuration and check if it forwards
    classic/xproto connections
  - start router with a invalid configuration check it fails
  - start router with a valid configuration and check if it handles
    the error cases.
- added crl-server-revoked-* files to check if a revoked server cert is
  properly handled.
