The bundled version of duktape needs to be updated to 2.6.0.

- added stripped down source tree of duktape-2.6.0

$ tar xf duktape-2.6.0.tar.xz
$ cd duktape-2.6.0
$ rm -r examples/ \
    Makefile.* \
    config/ \
    debugger/ \
    mandel.js \
    src-input/ \
    src-noline/ \
    src-separate/ \
    tools/
