Performance Schema events that originate from a plugin or component
contain string pointers set by the __FILE__ macro that will become
invalid when the plugin/component is uninstalled.

To avoid this, the source file string pointers in all wait, stage,
statement, transaction and metadata lock events are set to NULL
when a plugin or component is uninstalled.
