Space before parenthesis in the error message was missing for
  the ER_SQL_USER_TABLE_CREATE_WARNING and ER_SQL_USER_TABLE_ALTER_WARNING.

  Patch fixes missing space in these error messages and spelling mistakes
  in some of the other error messages.
