Issue:

The 'polygot' project has some requirements to the DD, expecially the table
'mysql.routines'.

Fix:

The table 'mysql.routines' is extended by a new column
`external_language VARCHAR(64) NOT NULL DEFAULT 'SQL'`, which is needed to
enable supporting stored programs in different languages. The corresponding
I_S view are also changed.
