(UNRELEASED) MEM_ROOT

 - fix by implementing utility class Ndb_find_files_list which
   encapsulates the call to find_files(), the returned list and
   it's memory in MEM_ROOT.
 - also move the "col_access" quirk into the new utiliy class.
