Problem: Replication DDls (e.g. RESET SLAVE,
START SLAVE, CHANGE MASTER TO, STOP SLAVE)
do not (auto)commit ongoing transaction and
this may lead to unexpected results.

Solution: We force these commands to commit
the ongoing transaction.
