TRIGGER FROM MYISAM TO INNODB

The reason of the bug is not anticipated possibility of a group -
BEGIN, BEGIN_LOAD_QUERY_EVENT, COMMIT -
none of which event contains partitioning info.

Fixed with recognizing such pattern and to force the group execution
in sequential mode.
