Problem:

START GROUP REPLICATION uses stacked Srv_session(s) and does not return
to the correct thread.

Workaround:

Removed SQLCOM_START_GROUP_REPLICATION and SQLCOM_STOP_GROUP_REPLICATION
commands from the allowed list of commands.
