THREAD STATEMENTS

1) New instrumentation to capture replicated statements

   The new instrument "statement/rpl/relay_log" controls
   instrumentation for statements executed from the relay log.

2) New test rpl_statements.test verifies new instrumentation

3) Renamed instrument "statement/com/(stmt_info_new_packet)"
   to "statement/com/new_packet".

4) Updated tests affected by the new instrumentation
