Addressed review comments
- Kept $rpl_multi_source error only in rpl_sync.inc and removed
  it from other .inc files
- Removed rpl_for_channel_clause and replaced with
  FOR CHANNEL '$rpl_channel_name'
- Added have_slave_repository_type_file.inc as a helper file
  for rpl_multi_source_repository.test
