- add ndbinfo_tables.h to contain all ndbinfo tables
- add code in Dbinfo to test some basics
  - DUMP to have DBINFO scan NDB$INFO tables (sending TRANSID_AI to self)
  - execTRANSID_AI to be used in debugging
