Fix for BUG 16062608, which disallowed commands that were not
flagged as write commands but implicit commit when GTID_NEXT type
is different of AUTOMATIC, introduced some regressions, more
precisely made some commands to break replication.

In order to fix this incorrect behaviour, that fix was reverted.
