Move Alter_info::se_blob which was added recently to a more suitable place - the ALTER TABLE context ha_innobase_inplace_ctx. Take care about the deletion of the object from the destructor of ha_innobase_inplace_ctx rather than from at the end of commit_inplace_alter_table().
