Problem:
A disconnect was followed by SHOW BINLOG EVENTS without a
synchronization point to ensure that after-effects of
disconnect (DROP TEMPORARY TABLE here) are logged in binary
log before SHOW BINLOG EVENTS was executed.

Fix: Added include/wait_for_binlog_event.inc
