- replaces OFFLINE with algorithm=copy and ONLINE with algorithm=inplace
 - there are a few places still left and some test diabled waiting investigation
   what to do with those commands which does not support specifying which
   algorithm to use. Assume they can be made to always be "inplace" aka. online
