Ensure that INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES(SYSTEM /usr/local/include)
(which is needed for sasl/sasl.h)
is done *after* inclusion of boost, and our boost patches,
so that we do not inadvertently see any files from
/usr/local/include/boost
