- put stored procedures into own files
  - move oj's schema modifications out into own procedures
  - split runall.sh into load_rqg, run_rqg, load_and_run and parseargs.sh
  - various fixes for solaris
  - various adoptions for easier mtr integration
  - put almost everything into options (for customization)
