Changes
 - Removed clusterj-openjpa and clusterj-jpatest source from the tree
 - Removed the clusterj_jpa test from MTR
 - Updated POM and CMakeLists to skip building these jpa modules and
   also removed all the jpa dependencies.
 - Updated clusterj/logging.properties
 - Removed references to jpa in comments from IndexHandlerImpl.java
