- rpl_ndb_typeconv* requires binlog_format row
 - refactor rpl_ndb_typeconv* to use an include file which shows only
  those conversions with unexpected results, thus eliminating
   the need to record a new result file when the source .test file 
  from extra/rpl_tests changes.
